Click a status to change it. Footage cycles through not in yet, ready, and editing now. Two flags sit next to each couple: the amber flag marks the next job to send to the editor, the green arrow marks the one to edit next. Each flashes for whoever opens the dashboard, and only one couple can hold each at a time. Type a number in the position box under a couple's name to move them in the queue. Open a row with the arrow on the right to set the editor, wedding date, folder link, drive and a note. Pick the wedding date from the calendar and the due date fills itself in from your turnaround; the bar under each couple shows how much of that window has gone. Folder links were matched from the main Drive folder; add one by hand for anything it missed. Everything saves on its own and picks up changes other people make. Export CSV when you want a copy for the sheet.
