Merriscourt Wedding | Wedding Photographer Gloucestershire
I caught up with Mark and Laura over a Gin in Leighton Buzzard a week before their wedding at Merriscourt. We went into detail about the big day, the timings and what to expect. It was only a few weeks after the Beast from the East so lots of the chat was about the cold and possible snow. Well, like I tell all couples no matter what the weather as long as family and friends are there it will be a beautiful day of laughs and smiles.
Merriscourt is a fantastic and beautiful Cotswold wedding venue on the border of Oxfordshire & Gloucestershire.
It is one of the best wedding venues in the Cotswolds with three large interlinking, converted barns surround a pretty courtyard, with gorgeous views across the countryside. Lauren and her team at the venue are super friendly, professional and know exactly how a wedding should be planned.
The whole day was just fantastic with lots of laughs and emotion, it’s exactly what a wedding should be about. I could see that they had used lots of the same wedding tips as I advise in order to make the day run smoothly, it was perfect.
Although I’m not going to fib, the wind chill coupled with snow was reaching -11, so when you look at the images believe me that when they say the Beast from the East, its true it was a beast and give Laura and Mark the respect they deserve for getting out with me to capture their wedding story. They did so well and look gorgeous. Here’s their highlights!
